    - good location
    - clean for the most part
    - pest control comes every month
    - easy pay portal

    - Sometimes slow when requesting work needed

    A decent - not great - place to live

    Pros:
    The ability to control baseboard heat (at least in my unit), without the insane electric charges was great. I had relatively few interactions with management, but didn't have issues.
    Cons:
    The super would sometimes be a bit demeaning, not always nice!
