- good location - clean for the most part - pest control comes every month - easy pay portal

A decent - not great - place to live

Pros

The ability to control baseboard heat (at least in my unit), without the insane electric charges was great. I had relatively few interactions with management, but didn't have issues.

Cons

The super would sometimes be a bit demeaning, not always nice!
