It’s in a good location
Pests, bad water pressure, dirty common area, packages stolen
Good location, good size living room for what you pay
Very unresponsive ownership. Lived here two years and had multiple rodent issues with low response even after reporting to 311. Heating went off at sub zero degree days multiple times
