Cons

Very unresponsive ownership. Lived here two years and had multiple rodent issues with low response even after reporting to 311. Heating went off at sub zero degree days multiple times

Constantly have to adjust shower because water would get too hot or too cold very quickly, very hard to get the nooks and crannies clean
