Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for 110 East 7 Street highlight its prime location near dining and quieter streets, with tenants appreciating good garbage management and pet-friendly policies. However, serious pest issues such as mice and cockroaches persist despite monthly extermination efforts. Heating systems are often outdated, noisy, or inconsistent, and water pressure varies. Noise levels can be a concern, especially with college-aged neighbors and restaurant activity nearby. Management responsiveness receives mixed feedback, ranging from timely to unresponsive, complicating maintenance and emergency resolution. Package theft and entryway obstructions by delivery personnel further detract from convenience. Prospective renters should weigh location benefits against these operational challenges.

Mice but Tompkins

Pros

- great location - cheap energy bill - got full deposit back

Cons

- MICE INFESTATION - mini fridge - stolen packages - cockroaches - unresponsive property manager - no living room - radiator is ancient (super loud and BOILING HOT)

Totally fine place

Pros

Perfect location to park, restaurants, and a calm street by new york standards, pet friendly

Cons

Roaches, but they have an exterminator come monthly to spray, sometimes neighbors are loud as it’s a lot of college kids; can be a far walk from trains (especially in the winter)
