Location. Cute brick walls.

Cons

Entrance smells disgustingly strong like cat pee. Railing on the first flight of stairs is broken. Garbage is stored in a closet under the stairs. Gas heaters.

Advice to the owners

Speak to con-ed about getting rid of the garbage/man hole cover out front, it is a hot spot for rats

Cheap for the area. Jetted bathtub and dishwasher included in apartment.

Cons

Loud neighbors, paper thin walls, everything will rumble in your apartment from people stomping above you.

Talk to your tenants about noise or at least implement quiet hours.
