Great location, across from Tompkins and roof access

Cons

I had mice in my apartment for four months due to “unsealed baseboards” according to the exterminator. Once the exterminator came he said what needed to be done and the landlord flat out told me “I’m not going to do that. You just need to put steel wool in the holes” he then proceeded to raise my rent by a thousand dollars when my lease came up.
