Great Building !

Pros:
Never had any pest or rodent issues. The supers and people that take care of the building were always friendly and responsive. If we called late at night about an issue they would be there within an hour.

Not worth the price

Pros:
Natural light was fantastic. Location is great. Pest control comes once a month. Super always makes sure the hallway is clean
Cons:
Incredibly expensive. Did have roach problems despite exterminator coming. Had issues getting the landlord to fix problems such as rotting wooden floors.
Advice to owner:
Make the apartments less expensive or add better building amenities
