    I love living here

    Pros:
    The landlord is very responsive to any requests we put in and I've never had a problem with pests or rodents.
    Cons:
    the noise can be brutal but that's given with the location. Also the noise from people walking around upstairs and neighbors dogs! They also just increased our rent by 300 for no real reason?
    Advice to owner:
    give us a reason for increasing the rent?
