Well maintained building in popular area

Pros

Amazing location! Keyless doorman system works well, application process was quick. Also, never saw a pest!!

Cons

Although the super is responsive, the repairs are…questionable. Very much duct tape solutions that don’t hold.

Advice to the owners

Make sure that roofs are repaired pls
