Pretty ok, great location! expensive

Location, decent sized bedrooms, laundry in unit!
Cons
Building management can be hard to reach, and it can be hard to get things fixed. the seals on the windows suck, so we get a lot of cold air blowing in. the ac/heat units are hit or miss on whether they decide to work.

Citi-Urban is Horrible

Good and convenient location

Never repaired anything, ceiling had severe leaks and apartment had no heat for several winters
