Cute and love the location but quality of management sucks

Pros:
I loved being around so many restaurants and being in East Village but not in a crowded crowded part of it. Ambience is just irreplaceable. The apartment was cozy and homely enough that I always hosted.
Cons:
Lived on the first floor and had roach problems here and there which sucked. Landlords were slow. Maintenance is slow. Quality of living is still overall good but the apartment does feel a little messy
