Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 124 2 Avenue highlight its prime location and quiet ambiance as major benefits, making it an attractive option for tenants valuing convenience in the East Village. Residents praise the super's responsiveness and friendly service. However, there are concerns about pest control, with occasional sightings of mice and cockroaches, particularly during summer. Garbage management is inconsistent, with reports of garbage accumulation and calls for improved building management. Noise from nearby street activity and presence of homeless individuals near the entrance have also been noted. While owner responsiveness receives mixed feedback, the building remains generally recommended despite these challenges.

Pros:

Cons:
