Good Place and Management
Pros
Well-lit hallways, kept clean with regular maintenance. Trash is taken care of and is not a bother at the entrance nor for the tenant to utilize. Leasing office on the first floor means that packages are buzzed in at any time. No package theft experienced. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. Landlord lives nearby and is reachable in person if needed.
Cons
There is no modern door entry system and the buzz alert is very loud in-apartment. Stairs are uneven width and height due to the age of the building.
