My first apartment in NYC, lived with a friend and my dog, very spacious, super fun area, really close to Tompkins Square Park, top floor apartment, one unit per floor, laundromat right below, we got a great Covid deal and no huge rent raise when we renewed
Funky layout of the apartment, bedrooms loud because of 1st Ave, no infestations (saw maybe 3 roaches total in 2 years of living there)
