Location is great
Cons
Building conditions completely outdated and not cleaned often enough. Apartment was cheap but not ideal living conditions in the slightest
Advice to the owners
Update the units.

Great location, very responsive super
Cons
Building can look very unkempt in hallways, lots of elderly who still live in rent-controlled housing that don’t maintain their apt and attract pests like mice, owner can be very bizarre and takes it personally when you negotiate with him- he will unreasonably try to hike the rent up after your first year living there
Advice to the owners
Fair rent pricing, maintain building better, fix up the units more
