Good for St Marks

Pros:
The building is well maintained for the price. Never dealt with pests inside.
Cons:
Had a difficult time getting ahold of the landlord + the trash situation attracted a bunch of rats.

alright for a first appartmenent

-have a view of the Chrysler building
-lots of natural sunlight
-lots of natural sunlight
Cons:
-no washer/dryer in building
-no dishwasher
-no central a/c
-packages get STOLEN ALL THE TIME.
-walls next to me are paper thin - can literally hear my neighbor having sex every night
-different prices for each apts….
-NOT A TRUE 2 BEDROOM (have to walk through room for bathroom)
