Quiet building in East Village
Pros
Spacious apartment, close to the subway and all East Village spots. The building's super did not live there, but visited every morning to sweep and take out the garbage. An exterminator came by once a month to check for pests.
Cons
Owned by a company in California and super was contracted through a separate company. If you had an issue, you had to email the landlord's company and then they would email the super's company. This could take a while and did not allow for immediate fix.
Advice to the owners
Continue to keep it clean
