Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 225 East 10 Street highlight a generally positive living experience with responsive staff and good amenities like an elevator and laundry facilities. However, there are recurring issues with pest control, such as cockroaches, in some units that management struggles to fully address. Though the building is mostly well-maintained and the super is praised, some residents have faced theft of packages. Overall, the building appeals to residents seeking convenience and a decently managed space, but improvements in pest control and security measures are advised to enhance the overall living experience.
