Pros:
Live in super who is always very responsive and kind. Packages are very secure in a locked room.
Cons:
Butterfly buzzer sometimes does not work in the cold weather which can be annoying when you live on a higher floor and need to go downstairs to let people in.

Super is a racist and cantankerous person. Has worked in the building so long he thinks he owns it.
Advice to owner:
Get a new onsite super
