Landlord is unresponsive and apartments are generally small and grimy. The entry way is also fairly dirty. Ours also had an awful layout and extremely small bedrooms. They didn’t clean the unit at all before we moved in and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. We found a couple dead cockroaches too, though while we lived in the unit only found 1 living roach. In the winter the rooms over heated. Packages were stolen semi frequently. They also tried to not give our security deposit back and we had to email multiple times to receive it.

For me, pest problems. My roommate and I asked numerous times for help with extermination and were told it was because we were messy, which was simply not true. We purchased our own traps to deal with the problem which was not ideal, to say the least. We also pointed out the holes in the floor where the mice were entering (around the radiator) and this request to fix was also ignored.
