Pros

Size for the price point was decent. Location is amazing, I miss that neighborhood every day.

Cons

Railroad units are not for everyone, very little light. Felt like management didn't really care to make improvements or to fix things that were broken. A couple of fiascos occurred with leaks in the building.

Advice to the owners

Pay more attention to the needs of the tenants.
