Great friendly neighbors, but slow management
Pros
Amazing location in a busy area, but because the building is right in the middle of the block it is very quiet. Neighbors are friendly - will knock on your door or text you if there is anything you need to know
Cons
It's an old building and the hallway + stairs can get dirty real quick especially with all the dogs living there. I have seen mice in my unit, and have had problems with hot water (did not have hot water for the first 8 weeks I moved in)
