Never had any problems with neighbors, the apartment hallways usually look nice and clean, management are friendly people, building door code is changed regularly, awesome neighborhood
Cons:
There were roaches; primarily due to one resident I believe though. There were issues with packages being stolen more so than usual. If you want something fixed, you have to follow up and stay on them.
