CB is the worst

Pros

The location is amazing. That's about it.

Cons

The landlord is one of the worst people I've ever met. She hates herself and therefore hates everyone else. I lived there for over 5 years and had to walk on egg shells. I felt bad asking for things she should by law be taking care of. She has a mental disease- I know this through professional education. Do not live here.

Advice to the owners

I think you are horrible to yourself and people around you. Be kind and you will get that in return.

Great location but needs updating and maintenance

Location of the building is great.

Cons

The garbage area is all the way in the basement where it is dirty and alot of times filled with bugs. The building entrance is not updated or cleaned and always a mildew stench when entering. Our apartment has issues with mice for a while. It took months to get an actual resolution for the issue.
