    Great location, responsive owners addressed any minor issues that came up
    Cons:
    Trash room was kind of gross but nothing too crazy

    Black mold poisoning!!! Lazy super who doesn’t do his job

    Location is great and it’s quiet
    Cons:
    Have mycotoxin poisoning from living here for 5 years (didn’t find out until I was just about to move out!). Neighbors are a bunch of creepy elderly who are nasty and will mess with your mail, super unfriendly to new tenants while enjoying their $400 a month rent control. Super Juan is lazy and useless and will not do ANYTHING in his job description, while enjoying his discounted rent, even if it is just changing the batteries in the fire alarms in the HALLWAYS not even the apartments when they’re screeching, which is his obligation under law. One of the units had a gas leak from a faulty oven that went undiagnosed for 6 months which is scary because the building could have blown up.
    Advice to owner:
    Get the apartments checked for mold!!! And fire Juan

    Good building but not without a few flaws

    Pros:
    The super lives in the building and he is responsive when things come up.
    Cons:
    There was a small mouse problem when I moved in but the building closed the hole and we had no further issues after that.
    Advice to owner:
    Could keep garbage room a little cleaner to avoid any pest issues

    Prime location among soho shopping and restaurants Decently spacious New appliances
    Cons:
    Old building Hard to understand the Super / get issues addressed Bug problem Old radiator noise to the point it wakes one up at night during winter
