    Cooing pigeons and gross stairwell

    Pros:
    Amazing location - you’re definitely paying for it though!
    Cons:
    I didn’t know cooing pigeons were a thing until I moved into this building. Now I am woken up by them every morning even with a sound machine and fan on.

    Also the stair well is gross and dirty.
    Advice to owner:
    Take better care of the building!

    Management company does not care about tenants and acts in bad faith

    Pros:
    Location is the only good thing
    Cons:
    The building was not clean and clearly not well maintained, stairs were dirty, and the appliances were old and so hard to get fixed.

    But the worst part is the management company. They are really slow replying and tough to get through, very aggressive and not helpful at all. Don't count on them helping on anything. To make it even worse, they refused to give back my security deposit and were extremely rude and unhelpful.
    Advice to owner:
    Change EVERYTHING, start thinking about the tenant. Be fair.
