How are the pests? What with the restaurants nearby are rats and roaches bad?

Did not have a rat or mouse problem. We would find the occasional roach in the unit, but the unit had an outdoor deck and was only one floor up. Other units might have less roaches. Didn’t think it was horrible, I’ve had worse pest issues in past apartments.

Not great but great for price

Cheap, amazing location, large units

Cons

Management really slow to respond to pressing maintenance issues, I’m not entirely sure if the waste management process is legal (we’re given 3 hour windows 3 nights a week to bring trash to curb. No trash room in courtyard or building! If you are out on a trash night or are overflowing on an off night too bad, hold onto your trash for another few days), apartment is very cold in winter. Got as low as 59 degrees in one room, but normally around 65-67
