    Pleasant well kept building

    Pros:
    Generally very quiet, yet extremely close to everything you could want. Building was well maintained, with a responsive super.
    Cons:
    Very small bedrooms, building next door hosted rooftop raves occasionally(only certain holidays) that would go long into the night. Laundry room located next building over in the basement.

    - things get fixed quickly
    - building itself is nice and clean
    - in an amazing location
    - very nice people in building
    Cons:
    - can hear a lot of what neighbors are doing
    - had two roaches in the apartment
