Review Summary for 154 Bleecker Street
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 154 Bleecker Street praise its prime Manhattan location, cleanliness, and well-maintained common areas, including laundry facilities on each floor and attentive concierge staff. Tenants appreciate friendly neighbors and responsive management, especially in addressing pest issues quickly. However, noise levels can be high due to thin walls and an active surrounding neighborhood, which may affect comfort. Water pressure varies, and some find the superintendent occasionally strict or less responsive. Overall, the building is favored for its amenities and upkeep but may pose challenges for those sensitive to noise, making it ideal for tenants prioritizing location and building management.

Great location but…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Responsible concierge and portal team.
Cons:
Walls are THIN. If your upstairs/next door neighbor is having a party, rip. If your neighbor from another building is having a party. Rip

Great condo building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Have loved living here and am sad to leave. It’s an older but very well maintained building, the super is gruff and a bit strict but works hard and keeps the building in great order.
Cons:
I had a couple cockroaches in the hottest days of summer, but the building took care of them quickly and were very responsive so overall not bad.
