Well Maintained with Typical NYC Realities

Pros:
Eman has to be the best super in the city. He’s so friendly & responsive and he’s constantly deep cleaning the building & coordinating pest control. The building is beautiful and the location is fantastic. Roof is typically empty but well maintained. Basement is kept very clean.
Cons:
Some neighbors have lived in the building for a long time and can take awhile to warm up and trust you. Occasional pest problems typical to older buildings in NYC, but exterminators come biweekly (never seen rats). Minetta St can be loud at night.
