7 floor walk up and still had pest issues

Pros:
Pros is close to nyu campus and under 2k in rent per roommate to live in Greenwich village Close to a lot of restaurants and the west side high way Transportation was super easy Newly renovated and washer dryer in unit
Cons:
roach and rat problems while there and were on the 7th floor, i cant imagine the lower floors. Packages were stolen often with no doorman Noise from bars is loud some night No control over heat or temperature in apartment Small 4 bedroom
Advice to owner:
I would suggest better garbage management and a storage room for packages.
