Poor quality, good price

Pros

Great location, close to WV and NYU, cant beat the pricing Noise isolation pretty good, no street sounds

Cons

Window in bathroom results in super cold bathroom. Hot water sometimes runs out. Trash sometimes have to squeeze through the front hallway. Ive lost several packages (not sure abt if its building or Fedex/UPS fault). Smoke smell in apartment all the time. Pipes froze in winter

The location is amazing , one of the best in the whole city The super and all the maintenance staff are excellent and really friendly, they are the best! Some units have been renovated
