-Elevator -In-building laundry

Cons

- Only one washer and dryer, and it is not good quality - Previous landlord extremely difficult to get in touch with or make any fixes for us

Advice to the owners

If there are any problems with the unit- address any and all the minute you move in. After that, they will ghost you.

Design of units and building modern. Good size kitchen, great balcony and roof top

Cons

Worst management company, very slow in responding. Super is responsive.

Advice to the owners

Change management company who is more responsive.
