Good but Smelly Building

Pros:
Apartment was pretty large, great location, elevator. Super is super nice.
Cons:
Trash is stored in the lobby so it smells so bad. Homeless people would buzz in. Packages stolen.

Lots of potential, but some major flaws

The building has thick walls. You can’t hear much aside from hallway noise.
The building has reliable heat and a serviceable elevator
Cons:
The first door in the lobby doesn’t lock, which leads to drug activity inside the building.
The building should be cleaned regularly.
