Decent place to live

Management is super responsive, quick to fix things that are broken
Rent is pretty good for the neighborhood, really good location
Lots of storage space, big apartments
Heating is good in the winter

Interior of building is dirty and old

Our apartment was in the back so very quiet. Always felt safe. The owners maintained the building. Location was unbeatable.

Cost, location, friendly super and management. Every apartment has a cute fireplace.
Cons:
There’s no trash room so it piles up in the lobby. Packages often taken.
