Really great apartment building

the management company is super responsive and helpful. never had any pests or bugs!

there is not great light in some of the rooms

Decent Building. Great for young people or people who don’t need a lot of space.

Rent stabilized, kind and attentive super, beautiful block, renovated units
Cons:
This is a historical building, which prevents a lock being put on the front door. Because of this, there have been occurrences where people do drugs in the vestibule or sleep in there. Most units do not have a dishwasher, and the laundry in the basement only accepts quarters.
