Home in the West Village

Pros

Entryway is always clean and welcoming. Amazing location and friendly neighbors.

Cons

Rats in the trash area behind the building. Lots of roley poley bugs in the apartment during the summer.

Reasonably priced older building

Pros

Enjoy living here as the location is amazing and my unit was decently renovated.

Cons

When I arrived, my apartment was infested with cockroaches. Dozens spotted on every wall of my apartment. Thanks to pest control, it’s much more under control, but they’re still around occasionally and wish there would be a bigger effort to fix the issue.

Go harder on pest control please.
