Pros

Price and layout for neighborhood is exceptional Well run

Cons

People never pick up their packages, which attracts thieves (there’s technically a package room, but it’s unused because too many people leave packages around; they sit in the lobby in view from the street) Street immediately outside can get sketchy; at times people have camped out in the entryway; the building recently hired an overnight doorman in response

Quiet, & Great Location, Large Spaces

Pros

Location, super on-site is responsive, reliable fixes (dishwasher broke and was fully replaced in 2-3 days), very quiet. 3 floor apartments are huge for the price

Cons

Poor, old, loud AC, not great natural light. Hallways and stairs could be cleaner
