Amazing superintendent, packages are safe

Pros

Really no complaints about my 2 years in this building. Beautiful roof, responsive and friendly superintendent, trash is well managed, packages are safe, stairwells are clean. I have loved living in this building and would recommend it to anyone.

Cons

My review was rejected because I had no cons to share lol - if I HAD to come up with something, I'd say the roof closes at 9pm and you need your fob to get out if you're already up there - so make sure you always have it!

Great location. Amazing roof. No light in units

Good location. Good and responsive super. Very very nice roof

Laundry in basement is expensive. 6 floor steep walk up. Very little light in units but that is location
