Generally good building

Clean building, respectful neighbors, responsive management
Cons
Apartments can be on the colder side during the winter. One mouse sighting that was handled. There's one laundry machine and it only takes quarters; it would be great if this was upgraded to something more modern like credit cards since ~$10 in change is inconvenient to acquire these days. Street is generally quiet but can be very loud on weekends - it has been attracting more noise given the opening of the Parkgate on the corner. Also have noticed increased homeless population on the street.
Advice to the owners
Upgrade washer/dryer to other payment methods besides change
