Pros:
The super, Mike, is amazing!
Cons:
The walls are thin so you hear your neighbors very easily. There are also a lot of homeless people who hangout on the doorstep.
Advice to owner:
Please help with management of homeless people and drug users that sit on the apartment steps as it makes it difficult to come and go from the apartment
