Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of 115 Washington Place in Manhattan highlight its prime location, cleanliness, and quiet atmosphere. Tenants appreciate the responsive supers and good water pressure. However, challenges include limited laundry facilities, slow owner responsiveness, and poor management communication. The building lacks an elevator and faces noise disruptions from nearby construction and school activities. Safety concerns like package theft and heating system issues have been raised. Renters recommend upgrades and urge management to address tenant concerns promptly. Despite some drawbacks, the building's location and amenities make it a viable option for those seeking a West Village lifestyle.

Great spot in the west village

Pros

Close to all trains, great supers, building is clean and quiet. I haven't had any problems and really enjoy my place.

Cons

Construction on building was a bummer but over now. I do feel like they hustled to finish quicker then others. Property management can be hard to get a hold of but the live in supers are really easy to talk to.
