I love this building

Pros

Live in super very helpful and kind, clean building, quiet neighbors

Cons

Laundry breaks often but they let us use next door. Management is hard to get a hold of but super makes up for it.

Great spot in the west village

Pros

Close to all trains, great supers, building is clean and quiet. I haven't had any problems and really enjoy my place.

Cons

Construction on building was a bummer but over now. I do feel like they hustled to finish quicker then others. Property management can be hard to get a hold of but the live in supers are really easy to talk to.
