    Great apartment in a great location!

    Pros:
    So many people in this building are really friendly. I’ve never had any problems with mice or cockroaches or heard of anyone who has in this building. I’ve never had an issue with packages being stolen either. Our heat is great (too great that I have to open my window in the winter sometime). The super was pretty responsive when I had a minor issue, but I haven’t had many issues to have to reach out to them for anything. Oh yeah and ITS RENT STABILIZED!!! The best part so I’m staying here forever haha
    Cons:
    There’s nothing I dislike so far. Ive been here less than a year and haven’t had any issues so far.
