    Pros:
    - Garbage management is excellent, no issues with pests in 4+ years
    - Walls are well insulated and you can tell building is not cheaply made or maintained
    Cons:
    - Management company stopped by a lot, sometimes inconvenient
    - Inward facing unit got extremely dusty very quickly despite regular cleaning
