Terrible unresponsive management. Building is falling apart. Mold, pests, holes in the wall. Overpriced for tiny apartments.

Place is filthy (stairs, hallways, entrance and hallway windows), slow to respond to needed repairs if ever, NO SUPER. Lots of mice and rats.

Advice to the owners

Clean your building, paint the hallways, repair leaks, wash and fix all the windows in common area including vestibule, get a bonafied super, control the vermin.
