Targo Management is a nightmare

The West Village area is very nice.

Cons

Targo Capital & it's management company, Targo Management, are a joke. Not responsive to maintenance concerns. Horrible communication - don't reply to calls, texts, emails. Moved out over 1.5 months ago & we STILL don't have our security deposit back. We have filed a complaint with the NY Office of Attorney General. Be aware this company is not above board.
