Difficult and Unresponsive Management

Pros

updated fixtures and appliances clean decent amount of space

Cons

the management NEVER responded in a timely or helpful manner. we had not hot water/heat for several of the coldest days in the winter we had little to no access to water from shower or faucets for extended periods of time one time a homeless person slept in the entry way and left garbage, food scraps, and feces

actually respond to requests and take care of issues if you want tenants to stay longer than one lease term

Targo Management is a nightmare

The West Village area is very nice.

Cons

Targo Capital & it's management company, Targo Management, are a joke. Not responsive to maintenance concerns. Horrible communication - don't reply to calls, texts, emails. Moved out over 1.5 months ago & we STILL don't have our security deposit back. We have filed a complaint with the NY Office of Attorney General. Be aware this company is not above board.
