Great location and old landlords

Pros:
The location and the landlords are great.
Cons:
The insulation in the walls is not good and you can hear your neighbors very easily.

Fabulous building and landlord

Pros:
Incredible location, clean, monthly pest control (never needed it), repairs are done quickly, excellent water pressure & kitchen appliances. Nice hardwood floors and exposed brick. Cheap laundry in basement.
Cons:
Apartments facing street are loud at odd hours because of the police precinct across the street. Also no street parking for same reason.
