    Updated units since renovations
    Good neighborhood
    Cons:
    Management doesn't respond Ever. BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH GERMAN ROACHES.
    BOILER DOESNT WORK FOR DAYS IN TIME IN WINTER - no heat
    Advice to owner:
    Answer your messages and bomb the apartment for roaches this is ridiculous
